Terms & Conditions
1) Promoter - The promoter is Sexie Coffie (Bundaberg, QLD) (“Promoter”). 2) Promotion Name - Tones And I Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”). 3) Promotion Period - Entries open 14 February 2026 and close at 5:00pm (AEST) Thursday 19 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received after this time will not be included. 4) Eligibility (Queensland Only) - Entry is open to Queensland residents only. Entrants must be able to attend the concert on Sunday 22 February 2026 in Maryborough, QLD. 5) How to Enter - Entry is free. A purchase is required to obtain an entry. No additional fee is charged to enter; eligible purchases are at normal prices.
Payment requirement (non-negotiable): Each eligible transaction must be $5 or more paid in real money (cash, EFTPOS/credit card, or other direct monetary payment). Transactions where the $5 minimum is met using Sexie points, rewards, store credit, vouchers, discounts, credits, or any non-cash equivalent are not eligible. Minimum spend: Each eligible transaction must be $5 or more.One (1) entry per eligible transaction. Multiple eligible transactions = multiple entries.Eligibility may be verified against transaction records. 5A) App Orders (automatic entry)All eligible Sexie Coffie app pick-up and app delivery orders meeting the payment requirement above are automatically entered. No further action is required. 5B) Online Entry (In-Store, Drive-Thru, DoorDash & UberEats — Image Upload Only)
Purchases meeting the payment requirement above made in-store, drive-thru, DoorDash, or UberEats are eligible via online entry. To enter, customers must submit an entry at sexiecoffie.com/competition and provide:
- Name - Phone number - Email address - Date purchased - Proof of purchase (IMAGE upload only), being either:
- a photo of the receipt (in-store/drive-thru), or
- a screenshot/photograph of the order confirmation/receipt (DoorDash/UberEats).
Accepted file types (images only): JPG/JPEG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF, WEBP. Refunds/voids/cancellations: Any transaction that is refunded, cancelled, voided, charged back, or reversed is not eligible and may be removed from the draw. The Promoter may request additional information to verify an entry. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, not an accepted image type, under the minimum spend/paid requirement, or submitted after the closing time may be deemed invalid. 5C) Excluded Transactions
The following are not eligible: - staff/crew purchases or staff discounts (where applicable), complimentary/free items, test transactions; - any transactions that are cancelled, voided, refunded, reversed, or charged back; and - transactions where the minimum spend is met using Sexie points or any other non-cash equivalent. Duplicate proof: A proof of purchase may only be used once. Duplicate uploads may be disqualified. 6) Prize (Grand Prize Only)
One (1) winner will receive the Grand Prize: Four (4) concert tickets — 2 adults + 2 children — to see Tones And I in Maryborough on Sunday 22 February 2026. Tickets only: The prize includes tickets only. The winner is responsible for all other costs, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, parking, food, beverages, transfers, and personal expenses.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult ticket holder. 7) Draw Details
The draw will take place shortly after 5:00pm (AEST) Thursday 19 February 2026 at Sexie Coffie, Bundaberg QLD, and will be conducted at random. 8) Winner Notification (Phone + Text) The winner will be contacted using the phone number provided in the entry.
Contact attempts: - The Promoter will attempt to call up to three (3) times across the 12-hour response window; - If texting is available, the Promoter will send an SMS after the first unanswered call; and - If voicemail is available, the Promoter may leave a voicemail.
9) 12-Hour Response Requirement & Redraw Because the concert date is fixed, the winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 12 hours of the Promoter’s first contact attempt (the first phone call made to the number provided). If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 12 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur as soon as practicable (and the same 12-hour rule applies to the redraw winner).
10) Prize Delivery / Collection + Proof Requirements Ticket transfer/collection method will be arranged directly with the winner after acceptance (e.g., electronic transfer or collection).
Proof check: The Promoter may require the winner to provide the original physical receipt (for in-store/drive-thru purchases) and/or the original order confirmation/screenshot (for DoorDash/UberEats) and/or matching ID details before the prize is issued or collected.
11) General Conditions The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, not submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or appears to be tampered with. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. If the concert is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or changed, the Promoter is not responsible for any costs, losses, or additional expenses incurred by the winner. 12) Technical Issues The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or failed entries due to technical issues, website outages, device issues, connectivity problems, or other circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. 13) Winner Announcement
By entering, entrants agree the Promoter may announce the winner using the winner’s first name and first letter of their last name (e.g., “Shane C.”). 14) Privacy & Marketing By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter may collect and use their personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion (including contacting the winner). Entrant contact information will not be sold or shared with third parties. Marketing: Entrants may opt in to receive Sexie Coffie promotional messages where permitted by law.
